Ledelle Moe 

B. 1976


Ledelle Moe, born in 1971 in Durban, South Africa, is a sculptor known for her large-scale installations. She studied sculpture at Technikon Natal and earned her Master's Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Moe has exhibited her work internationally, including in Stockholm, Washington DC, and Cape Town. She has received several awards, including the Joan Mitchell Award. After years in the United States,

Moe returned to South Africa in 2013 to continue her practice and teach at Stellenbosch University. Her work explores themes of memory, place, and the human condition through monumental forms.
