Sivan Zeffertt

Sivan Zeffertt (b. 1992, Johannesburg) is a textile artist based in Cape Town.

Her work focuses on creating spatial interventions in handwoven cloth, understanding her installations as sculptures. Zeffertt's art explores themes of space, landscape, memory through texture, and the transformation of textile from functional craft to art object.

Her practice is a continuous investigation into the materiality of cloth, emphasizing its potential to shape and redefine space.
