John de Jager is a master stone mason based in Klapmuts, renowned for his tailored, extraordinary stone designs.

His studio, Stone Age Masons, founded in 2003, specializes in merging passion, expertise, and dedication to stone, resulting in distinctive creations that reflect both the beauty, variety and functionality of stone. De Jager's artistry was profoundly influenced by a visits to Spain, Greece, Turkey and Mexico where he was captivated by the wonderful buildings the masons carved throughout history.

This experience sparked a deep passion to explore the limitless possibilities of stonework, pushing the boundaries of design and structure to craft timeless, bespoke pieces for a discerning clientele.
