Dané Erwee

Dané Erwee has a deep passion for plant life, which he developed during his upbringing on a farm in Stellenbosch.
He has honed his skills as a horticulturist and florist, and painting has become a natural extension of his love for the natural world.
His paintings serve as backdrops to his floral medium, and he explores the beauty and reflective quality of water as well as the contrast between winter and summer light. His farm provides a peaceful environment where he can interact with plant materials and study his subject matter
